AbstractTreeForTreeLayout<TreeNode>	Provides an easy way to implement the TreeForTreeLayout interface by defining just two simple methods and a constructor.
DefaultConfiguration<TreeNode>	Specify a Configuration through configurable parameters, or falling back to some frequently used defaults.
